Crushers are used for size reduction of bigger lump sized material to smaller sizes for required usage. Generally size reduction ratio of 6 (Six) is adapted for selection of Crusher size. However in special cases size reduction ratio of 10 to 12 is also applied for economy (Cost & space) with carefully designed recycling means.

Available Configurations:
  • ▪ Hammer Mill & Impactors: (As Secondary Crushers in double crushing layouts).
  • ▪ Roll Crushers. (As Primary Crushers in double crushing layouts).

Hammer Mill:
  • ▪ SVCE offers Hammer mill machines of capacity upto 200 T.P.H.
  • ▪ In Hammer mill rotor is fixed with swinging hammers and adjustable breaker plates for desired size reduction and capacity.
  • ▪ Hammers and breaker plates are designed for easy replacement and maintenance.
  • ▪ Hammer mills are available in two designs i.e. single direction or reversible (both directions) to suit client requirements / preference / initial cost.
  • ▪ These machines are mostly used in Coal and Cement Industries.

Impactors:
  • ▪ SVCE offers Impactor Machines of capacity upto 150 T.P.H.
  • ▪ Impactors have rotor discs with fixed Hammers / Beaters and screwed impactor pads mounted on adjustable common disc plate for desired size reduction depending upon the capacity and sieve requirement.
  • ▪ The design is such that the Impactor pads can be easily replaced during maintenance.
  • ▪ Ideal for usage in crushing materials such as coal, lignite, limestone, coke etc.

Roll Crushers:
  • ▪ Roll Crushers are Compression Type Machines and manufactured with single roll and double rolls for crushing.

Single Roll Crushers
  • ▪ The Single Roll Crusher carries out size reduction in a wedge-shaped crushing area by pressure and Shearing stress.
  • ▪ The Crushing rotor consist teeth for crushing and an adjustable spring mounted crushing plate placed on the opposite side.
  • ▪ The distance between rotor teeth and crushing plate can be adjustable for desired product size.
  • ▪ Hard liner plates (fixed on adjustable Crushing plate) to withstand wear and tear can be replaced
Double Roll Crushers:
  • ▪ The Crusher rotors are individually driven in counter rotation with means of electro-motors with coupling and gears via V-belts.
  • ▪ The material is fed into the machine in between two rotors by feeding equipment for crushing and the gap (between two rotors) is adjustable to have required size of output material.
