Mr. P.N.Sivaji - (Chairman & Managing Director)

Mr. P.N. Sivaji brings over 25+ years of experience in the design, engineering, and execution of bulk material handling systems, including belt conveyors, conveyor components, and specialized equipment for power, steel, and process industries.

He has successfully led the planning and commissioning of Coal and Ash Handling Systems up to 3000 TPH capacity across India and Thailand, along with extensive hands-on experience in on-site troubleshooting and performance optimization.

His visionary leadership and deep technical knowledge have been instrumental in positioning SV Conveyors & Engineering Works as a trusted name in the material handling sector.

Mr. Grandhe Ramesh - (Director - Technical)

Having 23 Years experience in Design & Engineering in Bulk Material Handling Systems, Worked with various reputed organization such as M/s. Fenner India Limited, AE Automotion (Malaysia), Tecpro Systems Limited. Having experience in Project development in various parts of India, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia & Thailand. Having experience in Bag handling systems, Bauxite handling plants, Iron ore handling plants, Cement plants, Sugar Plants and Unit handling systems.

Mr. Sathvik P – (Director – Operations )

Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Marketing) and currently pursuing a Global MBA in Marketing, He oversees the complete operational framework and marketing functions of SV Conveyors & Engineering Works Pvt. Ltd.

He is actively involved in project execution, client coordination, vendor management, and logistics, while also directing the company’s marketing strategy and business development efforts. With a hands-on approach, he ensures smooth execution of turnkey projects across power, steel, and cement sectors.

Mr. Sravan Papolu – (Director - Finance)

Holding a Global MBA(GMBA) from Liverpool Business School, Sravan Papolu oversees the financial operations of SV Conveyors & Engineering Works Pvt. Ltd. With expertise in strategic planning, cost control, and process optimization, he plays a key role in ensuring the company’s financial stability and growth. Mr.Sravan is responsible for driving financial strategies, enhancing operational efficiency, and managing financial reporting. His leadership ensures sound financial management, positioning the company for continued success and long-term sustainability.

Mrs.P.S.Latha – (Director- HR)

Holding a Masters degree in Commerce (M.Com.), P.S.Latha oversees the complete human resource functions at SV Conveyors & Engineering Works Pvt. Ltd. With extensive experience in employee management, talent acquisition, and organizational development, she plays a crucial role in shaping the company’s workforce strategies. Mrs.P.S.Latha is responsible for driving HR policies, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring a healthy, productive work environment. Her leadership focuses on recruitment, performance management, and the professional growth of employees, ensuring the company’s human capital is aligned with its long-term success.

Mr. S Sridhar - Project Co Ordinator (Design)

Mr. S Sridhar is having 20+ Years of experience in plant layout design for bulk material handling. Expertise in Autocad, Having Experience in power plant, Cement plants, Steel plants, Sugar plants, Bauxite handlings, Process plants, baggage handling plants etc. Having Detail engineering experience in Industrial building, Silos & bunkers, conveyor super structure, transfer building and crusher houses arrangement and fabrication Drawings for all mechanical and various structures.

Design Department

Well experienced qualified GM - Designs with 3 design engineer and 8 draughtsman having experience around 10 years. 4- Work shop qualified Engineers with core fabrication experience for 8-10 years

Project And Procurement Division

Project manager having more than 10 years experience along with 4 project / site engineers. Having own work shop for assembly of equipment, fabrication, also assisted by number of vendors for Machining, Castings & Forgings.
