  ▪ In Drag Chain Conveyors, material is handled / Conveyed along the bottom of the trough, with Slats / Scrappers dragging the (bottom settled) material.
• ▪ The Slats / Scrappers are fixed in between two strands of chain inside the trough at suitable intervals, which drags the material from feeding point to the discharge point, the trough can be closed type or open.
• ▪ These conveyors are available in various sizes (widths and lengths) as per material to be conveyed as well as site requirements.
• ▪ These conveyors are capable of handling slightly sluggish, loose or lumpy hot material.
• ▪ Materials can be discharged at any point along the trough providing gates or at discharge end or as required.
• ▪ Drag Chain Conveyors are designed horizontally, inclined to suit site conditions.
